Return & Exchange Policy

We at IMPORE only accept Exchange on your Order !! If something is not quite right you’ve got 3 days post delivery of your order to send back to us, All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.

Please initiate returns/replacements through the steps mentioned below within 3 days of Delivery

Step 1: Contact our customer support team on contact@impore.in
Step 2: Share your order details and request an exchange. Please share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will pick up the products within 7 business days. We will initiate the exchange process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at contact@impore.in to change it to the preferred size within 1 hour of placing your order and we will happily update it.
